Refund Policy for Dishanur IT

At Dishanur IT, we are dedicated to providing high-quality AI automation and web solutions. Because our services involve significant manual work, creative design, and technical configuration, we have established a clear refund policy to ensure a fair professional relationship with our clients. 

 Please review our terms regarding refunds below: 

 1. Custom Agency Services (AI Chatbots, Automation & Web Design) 

Before the Project Starts: We offer a full refund (minus any third-party transaction or payment gateway fees) if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided we have not yet started the discovery, design, or development phase. 

Once Work is Underway: As these are personalised services, we cannot offer a full refund once our team has begun working on your custom workflows, designs, or AI training. If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund of up to 50% may be considered at our discretion, based on the hours already invested. 

After Delivery: Once the final project is delivered, tested, and approved by the client, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds after the agreed-upon service is completed. 

 2. Special Guarantee for 'Nur Web AI' We stand behind our flagship product. For our specific AI tool, 'Nur Web AI', we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance of Nur Web AI within the first 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. 

Note: This 30-day guarantee applies exclusively to Nur Web AI and does not cover our custom agency services or manual automation setups. 

 3. Subscription Services & Maintenance 

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly AI hosting or maintenance subscriptions at any time through your dashboard. 

No Pro-rated Refunds: While you can cancel at any time, we do not offer refunds for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. Your service will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. 

 4. Non-Refundable Situations 

We cannot process refunds in the following cases: 

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary content, login credentials, or project requirements. 

Changes in the project scope or requirements after the initial agreement has been signed and work has started.

Issues related to third-party API changes or software updates that are beyond our control. 

 5. How to Request a Refund
